Should you ever visit our beloved WaterWorks Building, you will meet Barnicle (the giant orange cat) and Husk (the giant mouse in a loin cloth) standing guard next to our lunch table. Dubbed “Plymouth’s Hometown Favorites,” the characters of Barnicle and Husk were created by Mary Shields to help children learn about the history of our historic town.
