Jeff has been generating creative and successful visuals for Shields Design clients for over sixteen years. He specializes in identity and publication design, but has also developed ad and billboard campaigns, packaging systems, information design and signage systems, as well as brochures and promotional items. He is the lead designer on most projects within the Studio. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Connecticut.
